Common Billing Questions
Why was I charged?
FWD TV subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions must be canceled through the platform you originally subscribed on (App Store | Roku | Fire TV | etc).
When will I lose access after canceling?
You will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.
Streaming & Playback Issues
If you're experiencing buffering or playback problems:
✔ Check your internet connection (Minimum 10 Mbps Recommended)
✔ Restart your device
✔ Close and reopen the FWD TV app
✔ Update the app to the latest version
✔ Clear cache (If Applicable on your device)

Refunds must be requested directly through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
FWD TV does not directly process subscription payments.
