These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FWD TV website, mobile applications, streaming applications and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by FWD TV (“FWD TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using FWD TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to FWD TV.

By using the Services, you represent that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

All information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Subscription Services

FWD TV offers subscription-based access to streaming content including:

*Movies

*Reality & TV Shows

*Podcasts

*Live Broadcast Specials (Music | Sports | Fashion | etc.)

*Exclusive Curated Digital Programming

Subscription plans may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.

 

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are FREE but there are paid subscriptions within your FWD TV subscription that may charge a monthly or one-time fee.  All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the billing cycle.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you originally subscribed (Apple App Store | Roku | Amazon |  Google Play |  Web).

Access continues through the remainder of the billing period.

3. Payments & Billing

All subscription payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

FWD TV does not store full payment card information.

You agree to:

Provide accurate billing information.

Pay all applicable subscription fees.

Authorize recurring billing.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials.

Transfer or resell access to your subscription.

Use the Services for commercial exploitation without authorization.

FWD TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content Usage Restrictions

All content available on FWD TV is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display content.

Record, download or capture streams (unless explicitly allowed).

Re-Broadcast or Redistribute Content.

Use content for commercial purposes without written consent.

FWD TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, service marks, branding elements, graphics and platform design elements are the property of FWD TV or its licensors.

“FWD TV” and “Streaming Forward (FWD)” are proprietary marks and may not be used without written permission.

7. Content Availability

Content availability may change at any time due to:

Distribution Rights

Geographic Restrictions

Platform Updates

FWD TV does not guarantee that specific content will remain available.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws.

Interfere with or disrupt the Services.

Attempt unauthorized access to systems.

Use automated systems to scrape or extract data.

Upload malicious software or harmful code.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Termination

FWD TV may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms.

You fail to pay subscription fees.

We reasonably believe your activity is harmful or unlawful.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

10. Disclaimers

FWD TV provides the Services “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted Streaming.

Error-Free Operation.

Continuous Availability.

Compatibility with all devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FWD TV disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FWD TV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the Services.

Service Interruptions.

Unauthorized Access.

Third-Party Platform Errors.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Third-Party Platforms

FWD TV may be accessed through third-party platforms such as:

*Roku

*Amazon Fire TV

*Apple TV

*iOS & Android App Stores

Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

FWD TV is not responsible for platform-related billing or technical issues.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

FWD TV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

We will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which FWD TV operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
